✔ Disclaimers – This product should be installed by a professional mechanic. Pressing in and removing bushings or ball joints requires specialized tools to ensure proper fitment. Incorrect installation may result in premature wear or suspension damage.
✔ Replacing the Bushings – Remove the existing bushings from the control arms using a hydraulic press. Clean the bushing housing areas thoroughly before pressing in the new bushings. Ensure correct alignment as per OE specifications.
✔ Installing the Ball Joints – Extract the old ball joints using the appropriate removal tool. Clean the mounting surfaces before pressing in the new joints. Press them in evenly; do not hammer or force-fit.
✔ Inspect Surrounding Components – While installing, inspect nearby suspension parts like sway bar links and control arms. Replace any worn or damaged components to maintain proper suspension function.
