International Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping to our international customers. Please note that all international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), also known as Delivered At Place (DAP).
What this means for you:
Exclusion of Fees: The shipping cost paid at checkout covers only the transportation of your package. It does not include local import duties, customs taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or carrier brokerage fees.
Payment Upon Delivery: As the importer of record, you are responsible for paying these additional charges directly to your local customs authority or shipping carrier to release your package.
Refusal of Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, you will still be held responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us.
